ImmunoPreCept leads with collaboration at its core. We bring together committed scientists and partners, creating an environment where ideas can grow and goals can be achieved collectively. This shared effort helps move immune-centered prevention forward.

The governance of ImmunoPreCept is designed to support a highly collaborative, multi-dimensional research environment. As an Excellence Cluster, it brings together leading scientific institutions across Berlin, and its governance structure ensures that research activities, resources and strategic priorities are coordinated effectively across all partners.
Governance is led by the spokesperson team and supported by a steering committee that brings together representatives from all research programs, bridging programs, and key areas such as DEI and training. This structure ensures that strategic decisions reflect the full breadth of expertise and perspectives across the consortium.
This leadership framework enables transparent decision making, planning and harmonized scientific direction across the consortium. Working groups and project leads oversee the operational implementation of research activities, while advisory structures help align scientific aims with long-term strategic goals. Through this coordinated governance model, ImmunoPreCept ensures that expertise from diverse disciplines is integrated efficiently, enabling the cluster to advance innovative research into early immune dysregulation and the preservation of health.
